Advisory on the Collection and Use of Personal Information

We notify and provide guidance on the following matters regarding the collection and use of personal information from companies/organizations and individuals in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information: Responding to inquiries and providing related information
2. Items collected/used: Name, phone number, email address, inquiry details, etc.
3. Retention and use period: 6 months after the inquiry has been resolved; immediate deletion upon request by the information provider
