
Ally T.Y. Kwak serves as Executive Director of the Foundation, leading its strategic direction, sourcing grantees, and building the networks that drive the organization's mission forward.
She oversees the Foundation's grantmaking portfolio across culture, education, and community development, working to establish a sustainable platform for lasting social impact.
She holds a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University and an MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Service specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—particularly hiking and running—and is an avid animal lover who shares her time with her rescue dog, Elliot.

Jiye Yang is Program Director of the Foundation and manages the Foundation’s programs and grant initiatives.
She manages the full grant cycle, working closely with partner organizations and grantees, and focuses on strengthening the implementation of the Foundation’s initiatives to create meaningful impact on the ground.
Before joining the Foundation, she worked in the nonprofit sector, including at a scholarship foundation and government-affiliated organizations, focusing on program management.
She holds a BA in Social Welfare from Seoul National University and is based in Seoul.

Jooyoun Kim is Program Manager of the Foundation and supports its programs and grantmaking process.
She holds a BA in Ceramic Arts from Ewha Womans University and was a research student at Tokyo University of the Arts, focusing on Korea–Japan cultural exchange in the 1970s.
She has professional experience in gallery work and art fair exhibitions, including Frieze London and Kiaf Seoul, and is interested in international exchange across visual art, popular culture, and minor cultural movements.
Beyond her professional work, she values a structured routine and manages her time with intention. She enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, and reading.
