
Ally T.Y. Kwak serves as Executive Director of the Foundation, overseeing its strategic vision and program development. Her work focuses on building sustainable platforms that support cultural, educational, and community-driven initiatives.
She holds a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University and an MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Service specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—particularly hiking and running—and is an avid animal lover who shares her time with her rescue dog, Elliot.

Jiye Yang serves as Program Director at the Foundation's Seoul office, where she oversees program planning and grant management. Her work focuses on understanding diverse social contexts and community needs, while exploring collaborative relationships and tailored support strategies.
She holds a BA in Social Welfare from Seoul National University, where she developed her commitment to meaningful social work.
She finds energy in quiet moments of writing and reflection, and enjoys exploring the city through long walks and discovering new places.

Jooyoun Kim is Program Manager at the Foundation. She holds a BA in Ceramic Arts from Ewha Womans University and was a research student at Tokyo University of the Arts, focusing on Korea–Japan cultural exchange in the 1970s.
She has professional experience in gallery work and art fair exhibitions, including Frieze London and Kiaf Seoul, and is interested in international exchange across visual art, popular culture, and minor cultural movements.
Beyond her professional work, she values a structured routine and manages her time with intention. She enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, and reading.
